KTH reputation grows at Offshore Europe

Exhibiting at Offshore Europe for the third time, 2013 saw KTH further reinforcing relationships with existing customers as well as opening up some interesting new possibilities for new hydraulic system applications.

KT Hydraulcs at 2013 Offshore Europe

“When we first exhibited at OE 6 years ago, the majority of our business for lube systems and seal systems was North Sea focused. Since then however, we have developed our relationships within the supply chain and today there is as much chance of one of our systems going out to Brazil or Siberia as the North Sea..” comments managing director Richard Ellis.

“That is not to say that our ‘home’ business has dropped off – far from it, Our business throughout the oil and gas sector has simply grown at a rapid rate as our reputation has spread and as a result of the new system concepts which have sparked the interest of our customers – such as our combined lube and seal package skid.

OE this year seemed to confirm that the oil and gas sector is in good health and we certainly came away with a feeling that the industry is pushing forward at an increasing pace.”

Offshore Europe celebrated its 40th birthday this year by staging its biggest and best conference and exhibition to date with a four day show and a record-breaking 1500 companies exhibiting over a floor area the equivalent of 8 football pitches. A total of 63,000 visitors were recorded attending the event..
