Their hydraulic systems are complete engineering projects from initial specification to the very end delivery and installation. The systems are fully in compliance with API Standards as well as being designed to project specific requirements, ensuring every system is manufactured perfectly around the client.

KT Hydraulics produces a range of hydraulic actuators, both linear and rotary, for topside, subsea, industrial and even cryogenic applications.
Offering a complete turn-key solutions for valve automation from simple mounting and stroking valve assemblies to the design, installation, testing and commissioning of a complex hydraulic control system – such as a tanker cargo and ballast control system.
Being heavily affiliated with Kracht Gmbh our aftersales services extend to the rebuild, replacement or remanufacture of the discontinued Kracht range of hydraulic equipment.

Lubrication systems
With a solid foundation in API 614 Lubrication Systems and other industry standards, KT Hydraulics has engineered solutions to suit an array of challenging situations from applications installed at the lowest temperatures or on the harshest seas. Their range of lubrication systems offers support to OEMs and end-users’ day to day applications and are specifically designed to suit each individual company’s specifications. Their engineer’s normal standard of work is to the highest quality system on every job they work on.
Seal Systems
KT Hydraulics offers a complete range of API 682 seal plans, designed on a bespoke basis to suit each individual client’s requirements. Their Seal systems are one element of an overall larger entity at end-user stage and the collaborative approach with mechanical seal OEMs pioneered by their engineers saves time across the board in the design, development and manufacturing stages - a major advantage when project deadlines have to be met.
Agencies
KT Hydraulics is the sole UK agent for Kracht pumps, flowmeters and relief valves, including ATEX certified products for use in hazardous environments.
Kracht products carry a worldwide reputation for precision and longevity. KT Hydraulics have comprehensive knowledge of the Kracht products with in-house trained engineers on hand to help with any queries about the catalogue of products, making sure customers receive optimal service.
KT Hydraulics has recently struck up a deal to be the sole agent for the United Kingdom for the SEKO Process & Systems division, assisting not only the extension of SEKO’s customer base but also expanding KT Hydraulics’ portfolio within the UK Market.
SEKO has been a significant manufacturer of dosing and metering pumps for over 40 years. Having over 800 employees globally and an international network extending to 80 countries, they are able to offer excellent products and services to a global market.
Consultancy / Project Management
The recent growth of KT Hydraulics has seen the establishment of the KTH Engineering Group with the acquisition of a heat treatment company becoming KTH Holts and the acquisition of two well-known fabrication companies to form the new KTH Fabrications.
With expert knowledge from all faculties, as a group they can offer a service few others can, including API expert Engineers, Degree trained Metallurgist to consult with, experts in Hydraulic Engineering systems, the group can offer unique solutions for the most specific and challenging projects end to end.
