API Standard
KT Hydraulics designs and manufactures to API standards. Working to the highest requirements for Lubrication Shaft-Sealing and Control-Oil Systems which is API 614, 5th Edition. All of their engineers - have a thorough understanding of the standard to ensure they are constantly adhering to the specification.
International Standards
Depending on client and end-user, KT Hydraulics work to many other standards when it is a requirement to do so, many of which are international, including NORSOK developed by the Norwegian petroleum industry. Other international standards include PED 2014/68/EU and CUTR.
Quality Standards
The quality KT Hydraulics produces in everything they manufacture or service is ingrained throughout the core of the business.
All manufacturing is controlled through ISO9001:2015 quality management system and is carried out with the aim of minimising their impact on the environment in accordance with their ISO 14001:2015 accreditation. They also use ISO45001:2018 for health and safety purposes.
In addition, everything manufactured or serviced undergoes rigorous in-house inspecting, testing and quality control, all of their products can be third party witnessed, approved and inspected by independent control assessors including Lloyds register and DNV.
End user Standards
KT Hydraulics also design and manufacture to the individual standards required by a variety of end-users including the MOD & KOC.
Membership
KT Hydraulics is proud to be a part of the ‘Fit for Nuclear’ programme that helps UK manufacturing companies get ready to bid for work in the civil nuclear supply chain.
KT Hydraulics is also a member of, and on the board of, the British Valve & Actuator Association, a member only association for British companies who have involvement within this industry. The BVAA provides excellent business networks, new business opportunities, industry recognised training, technical expertise and influence.
